Covergirl Full Lash Bloom Mascara

After my beloved Clump Crusher dried up, I decided I wanted to try a different mascara this time around. Staying in the Covergirl family, I picked out this pretty fuchsia tube. It is the Covergirl Full Lash Bloom mascara in black, and I chose the waterproof version to give my stick straight lashes the best chance at holding a curl!
The wand is full of very spiky appendages and there is no curvature to the wand. I find that this makes it hard to apply the mascara evenly to my lashes. Also, the formula of this mascara is very thick and clumpy. You can see some clumps in the picture above and the clumps are incredibly difficult to separate on the lashes. The spikes on this wand are a bit long as well so I find that I often end up with mascara on my eyelids having poked through my lash line during application.

After a day of wear, this mascara also falls off my lashes leaving some black on my undereye. It is also incredibly difficult to remove with just a makeup wipe. Overall, I really don't like this mascara and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. I'm going to purchase a tube of Clump Crusher immediately and stow this mascara away for a few weeks and try using it again when its on the drier side and see if there's a difference.

I'll put my thoughts here: I still don't like it.
